terrible long lines, generally one, maybe 2 tellers if you're lucky. tellers are never focused and make mistakes. terrible feeling when i go there and no drive thru.
New ATMs are horrible! Will never accept the cash. I'm changing banks because of this. Need drive up ATMs to work!
Worst customer service ! No respect
I went there today to get a simple request handled—I asked for a signature and stamp for my 30-day transaction history, something I need for my loan application. The manager told me they couldn’t provide that. So I asked, “What kind of service do you offer, then, that could help me with this?” He just stared at me and said he didn’t know.
