The 'manager' of this brank was transfered from St Charles due to multiple customer complaints. WHY is she allowed to interact with the public at this branch? She continues to exhibit unprofessional snarky comments out loud, trying to humiliate customers.
The teller gives poor service to some, happy and chatty with others, held a conversation while I waited but ended it after 2 others got in line. When I got to her, her demeanor changed, felt cold and rude. Might just bank somewhere else. Won’t go back.
After today, I will be banking somewhere else and not coming back ever to Bank of America. My debit card was locked and phone broke. In order to get it unlocked , I had to go to a branch and this one is closet to my house. The lady at front proceeds to tell me that I have to come back on Monday ( its Wednesday) because her banker is too busy. I was up there with two little kids- one was sick and really needed my debit card. I asked if I could use the phone and she said there are no phones for the public use. I am not the pub... read more
