Are you kidding me? Now we only have one Bank of America branch and all of Lynchburg we were already short 3. Ridiculous I'm moving my money tomorrow after 20 years.
I was in line behind an old gentleman to deposit euros and saw this female teller talking in an unprofessional and rude manner to this man. When it was my turn, I asked her the exchange rate and she answered in a very rude manner. She didn't seem to enjoy working there. After this incident, I closed all my accounts with them. I had also met with the manager previously when opening an account and he didn't seem to care, he acted like he didn't need our business. I come periodically to this bank on Timberlake to make a deposit into a friend's account. Never have I experienced such poor customer service as i did today. In addition to the nasal voice that is condescending to customers, which should be in their training manual, the teller 00005 was obviously not up to speed on processing a simple deposit. I also asked her to view a debit balance amount on my old account and she couldn't even do that, with all the ID she asked for. It's sad that we have people like this handling our mone... read more
