I just downloaded all of my year end statements from my other credit card companies. I went to the BOA website, it is not available. I call customer service, and the first guy offers to EMAIL me instructions - I ask him if it is really that difficult, he tells me where to look for it on the website. Omg the worst service at Warwick Blvd and denbhi. This white girl do called a manager worst racial experience I have ever had at a bank . They need to do something about her bec you guys will face legal action.

The iPhone app has ridiculously inaccurate info on it, with almost insulting, calculations about my account. It says I spend over $5,000 more per month than I earn! That is blatantly untrue, and how can they even make assumptions about what I earn? I put more than $5,000 per month into my stock brokerage and savings accounts, money that I transfer out of my primary checking, so if I'm spending more than I'm making, where I am able to come up with $5,000 extra to save? $2,000 of that $5,000 goes into a related BofA account, w... read more
I spent 3hrs waiting for service!!! Only 3 employees working this morning. Needed to open a new checking account after my old one was compromised yesterday!!! Poorest customer service ever!!! Thinking seriously about switching banks
Time to bank elsewhere ���wish I could say it's been a pleasure.
U close at 4:30. The bank nearest my house closed the drive through. Always only 1 person working the desk. I don't have 20 minutes to spend at the bank.
