I came in with a question about my statement, and the employee was very rude and unhelpful. As soon as i said it was about my credit card he told me he couldnt help me amd said i need to just call the number on the back of my card, even though i was already on the phone with BoA last night and was told to come into a branch. He told me there was nothing for him to do and i needed to leave and call the number, he wouldnt even pull up my statement. I wish there is less than one star to give it to this branch the worst worker there and the worst customer service. They know the ATM machine doesn’t work and they never put sign over there and I lost my card on the machine and when I go there, they say the policy for the bank, they have to shred the card and they never put that sign over the ATM machine and when I contact the manager there, his name is Omar Hernandez. He say I’m sorry, but we shredded the cards. The card does not belong to Bank of America customer service. ... read more
I needed some help with my deposit box and went there yesterday, Jutyar was the associate who helped me. He was very helpful and professional. I will for sure go back and ask for him next time.
