Went in today for deposit from my account but found out that I forgot my debit at home. Turns out that’s not a problem because one of the workers at the bank helped me and I still got my deposit out. This BoFA has been the most consistently good one from the ones I visited. Merry Christmas!
Props to Laura Higareda and Jutyar Mikaeel, the two lovely Relationship Bankers who go above and beyond for their customers. My family and I were delighted to get their help. Jutyar did an amazing job at guiding me and my father through the auto loan refinancing process while Laura was as sweet as possible and stayed late just so my brother could have his first bank card open and well-set up. I came in with a question about my statement, and the employee was very rude and unhelpful. As soon as i said it was about my credit card he told me he couldnt help me amd said i need to just call the number on the back of my card, even though i was already on the phone with BoA last night and was told to come into a branch. He told me there was nothing for him to do and i needed to leave and call the number, he wouldnt even pull up my statement.
