Muy mal servicio , tardan demasiado
Es un buen banco y aquí en esta sucursal no ocupan venir con cita lo cual es bueno porque en otros no te atienden sin cita además personal amable 💯
I'd give it a 0 stars if I could. Avoid this location at all cost if you're there to see a personal banker. You'll have to wait for an hour just to be seen, even if you have an appointment. They don't see their customers in the order they come in, they pick and choose who they want to see
This location haves cons in certain things, we recently had an appointment got checked in. Well didn’t see manager to inform the advisor we have arrived. Waited additional 30 mins, until I spoke up that’s when he informed the advisor of our arrival. Why!? 5 stars despite what happened. Well our advisor was AMAZING!!! I would say people like Mr. Diego Quezada deserve a RAISE! We were well informed over things that no one else had a solution for his customer service was wonderful.
