I came to here with my partner to open an new account as a foreigners , Miss Issa who is responsible for us and she is so nice to help us to apply credit card of BOA, she’s working with high efficiency and speed. She is so lovely lady in this bank, and the guy who can speak Arabic also friendly , they do job with happiness all the time, if sonemone go there for personal finance please ask them , you will have a good experience.
My experience at this bank on a Wednesday morning was spectacular. I only needed advice on how to fill out the wire transfer information. Things that at other banks would put me on hold for up to 1 hour. And the banker who helped me, Miss Isa, kindly took care of it and guided me. And I was able to do the wire transfer directly from the phone thanks to her guide. Something that didn't take me more than 10 minutes.
