Great Branch
Alfredo Bonges is a very professional associate who truly made my day. He helped me complete the identity verification process when I was applying for a credit card. He clearly knows what he is doing and helped me find a quicker solution instead of waiting forever for customer service. There are several Bank of America locations near my home, but this location stands out because of Afrego’s excellent service. I highly recommend this branch.
Customer service SUCKS!!! Waited over 30 minutes while the tellers kept putting people In Front of me. Bank of America has already taken and hacked my money TWICE!!!!! So over this bank and it’s SERVICE!!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
