I have to give a huge shout out to Bank of America & Merrill employee, Lurenzo Macklin. I was attempting to get a cashiers check and unfortunately workers were unable to locate bank manager to complete transaction. So Lurenzo literally drove me to another branch because he knew I needed to get to my husband who was in the hospital. He made my day with his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond!
Very good service, the process was efficient and the guy was very professional.
I have been here several times this summer to to deal with complex situations. The,Manager together with his team has shown very professional, warm hearted and logical level. They say every word with precise thinking and knowledge which make me feel they are extremely reliable and my financial situation is very safe and countable with them.I used to work in financial industry too so I can tell they are world-class service .
Such an AMAZING branch, professional and kind people with truly treated people respectfully. Also, my baker "Kryslyn Johnson" is absolutely fantastic banker.
