There is no help for business clients. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA. Preferred client doesn’t mean anything. The representatives are standing around with IPads while there is a long line waiting to be help. I’m baffled on how this bank has made it this far. The representative have zero knowledge on helping customers. People are walking out as I write this review.
Always short staffed. You need some patience to make a transaction. Monday should be the busiest day and the lady on the business counter is handling both business and personal
