Been with boa almost 30yrs only because it’s my oldest account for credit rating purposes. They’ve never earned a car loan, home loan, business account, or investment account from me to date. Worst bank. Went to deposit check and there was no one at the window then when they came told me to wait. Then they said your check doesn’t have your full name. I’ve been depositing checks with them for 39yrs. Was about to leave to GoTo Chase when they finally approved my deposit. This branch should be closed.
