I made an appointment for time sensitive notary today. I went in on time with my valid Texas drivers license. Your banker Emily Richardson told me she can’t do the notary because she can’t verify my bank account. So I am a long time BOA advantage customer with multiple saving accounts, car loan and mortgage loan accounts. Alma the teller has the absolute worse service possible. It’s 2025 I know customer service is non existent, but if you hate your job that much why continue to work there? Rude, unprofessional and clueless. Absolutely no urgency or customer service. I will continue to use my Charles Schwab account and get my family to drop Bank of America.
