Mrs. Edna was a God send. My debit card was hacked and deactivated. I was so upset she took her time to show me I could access my new card digitally and save to my Google wallet until my new one was received via mail. I am so thankful.
Pros: My husband and I have had really positive experiences with the staff we’ve worked directly with. Emily is always so kind, willing to help, and remembers us. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front can always direct our needs. Cons: However…we have now seen 3 instances of Edna, who we believe is a manager, treating her employees with disrespect. Awful service, incompetent staff, absentee managers. Do not use this branch, by far the worst in Houston. Lack basic banking skills, even worse servicing - every employee standing around doing nothing.
