I experienced poor service today. I was waiting and next in line on the waiting list, and when another new customer walked in, the front desk representative knew I was next in line. However, she assisted that new customer and asked me to continue to wait. I dont mind to yield my spot for a customer with a special need. But this is unfair and goes against the basic principle of first-come, first-served. As a valued customer with multiple business accounts, I'm considering switching to a different branch.
First I want to thank Diego caballero for his outstanding customer service went above and beyond to help !!!! us second I wanna thank the branch they were outstanding from the time we walked through the door from the receptionist to one of the other branch representative. that helped us out so much respect from them and we treat us like family . Teller line took forever absolutely ridiculous.

Ms. Edna was phenomenal! She is very cheerful and polite. She is always smiling and interacting with all the customers. Oh, did I say very helpful as well. Also, Mina he made sure to take the time and help me greatly, and I can't help but say what a great experience I had today. Bank of America take notes and keep them two at any cost because it's very hard to find such great employees.
