Hace unos minutos fui hacer una transacción, donde siempre vengo a este banko, la cajera me atendió segun el sistema se lockup y la manager no quiso ayudarme y el banko estaba vacio no habia gente no tenia justa razon para no ayudar, extraño un cajero de antes que era eficiente! Las de hoy no hacen un trabajo exelente. Me dijieron que si yo queria podia esperar 25 minutos hasta que la otra cajera viniera de su break, necesitan mejor managing! This managing doesn’t work well, managers need to help, make costumer service work.
Bad customer service, anything you ask about it? The answer is go online. No one can help you inside the bank for anything. I feel so bad. I’m with this bank for eight years and at the end bad experience and no help.
