Bad customer service, anything you ask about it? The answer is go online. No one can help you inside the bank for anything. I feel so bad. I’m with this bank for eight years and at the end bad experience and no help.

TODAY, thanks to the ENTIRE staff at BOA on Richmond corner of Weslayan, Houston, TX, I was SAVED - like a LIFE SAVER - virtually by the entire staff because they know me and because I know and love ALL of THEM....saved me from a disgusting, filthy, horrific, robbery SCAM, of my bank account.....TRAGEDY. THEY SAW MY FACE, AND THEY KNEW. I LOVE YOU ALLLL. LOVE FOREVER AND A DAY, VICKY EBRO
They don't have worker's, take forever to do a simple transition.
