I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly because of my skin color. When I raised my concerns and asked to speak with the branch manager, Francisco, I expected a professional and fair review of the situation. The banking location at 8507 South Main St Houston TX. This is a good location to do business. Customers standing around waiting to be served. I went to have a document notarized and left without a notarized document, because the service was bad. Not enough people working on a given day. One person left and I guess went to lunch. It was a stand and wait, stand and wait and nothing happened.
I already had 2 appointments with Mr.Arsalan Azeem and he is the only banker I had an appointment in this branch. I had got issues regarding my credit and debit card because of some problems in my own mailing. But he has always been cheerful and handled the Situation smoothly and finally I got both of them last Saturday.Grateful for his service and the way he handled the situation.Looking forward to meet him again in future.
Slow as a snail. There is one teller and like 2 other employees doing nothing while there is a line of 3- 4 people .
