This branch on Silber rd. has the worst customer service of all BOA. I came in to do a wire transfer. There were 2 ladies talking in the room, they said they can't do a wire transfer for a large amount. I told them I have sent a wire before at another location, they said I need to go back to that location. I came to this branch because it's near my house, it's inconvenience for me to drive to downtown. They were rude and never tried to help me or talk to me in a nice tone. They don’t have teller at this location
Not a real banking location. It’s a couple of offices with an ATM.
Don’t come here, rude and lazy staff, including the manager, I had an appointment, showed up was told couldn’t find my appointment, even I showed them the email and screen shot of my appointment date and time. Then I was told since no appointment, they couldn’t help, I simply need to verify my ID at the branch to unlock my account. I called customer services, was told I had to go to the branch in person and have teller to call them to unlock my account after verifying my ID.
