Problems are solved too bad by the employee. I don't satisfied with their solution.
Never enough tellers at this location. Regardless of any endless queue, the bank never puts more than 1 teller. This is a big time waster as you end up spending over 40min at the branch. A negative effect on customer retention in my opinion
