Not sure why they shut the ATMs off when the branch closes, veryyyyy inconvenient.
Jose the manager is not interested in working in 3rd ward community. He was unnecessarily rude and treated me (a business customer who chooses to bank with BOA) like I was doing something wrong and that he was doing me a favor. I tried to explain to him that I’d recently opened a business account and did not yet get my card to make a direct deposit to my business account but needed to show a transfer of funds from that business account to that of my contractor but that required too much of his patience. ATM doesn’t dispense cash for transactions, but BOA claims it completed the withdrawal. Look at the other reviews on the ATM. Just more fraud from BOA
