我第一次去这家美国银行分行，我只是需要验证本人并且获取验证码，因为在我去之前，我打电话给美国银行客服，事情并没有解决，所以我去了分行，但是到了以后工作人员让我再次拨打网络客服，然后我照做了，客服告诉我联系银行的工作人员帮助我，然后他们只是让我跟电话的客服沟通，结果就是我的事情依旧没有解决，只是获取验证码一个简单的事情，银行里的工作人员根本不知道怎么做，我很怀疑他们的专业性，所以我去银行干什么？
