No customer service on the phone or in person I have to open an credit account and they are no help. I am goingbto talk to the financial advisor and see why. I suggest you do the same and do everything in person.
I had a fantastic experience working with Jonathan Lopez. He’s an amazing banker! He’s incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain all your options clearly without making you feel pressured. He also helped my sister and solved the problems that other branches couldn’t. Definitely recommend it!
