Management is incompetent. Went in to payoff a car loan with a check that exceeded my payoff amount. The teller didn’t know how to process it (surprise), so she went to management who was standing at the front desk. After looking over the check, she loudly instructed the teller to tell me my check had to be mailed in and that it could not be processed at the branch. Been coming to Bqnk of America, Garden Grove for year's and always had a good , friendly experience 😀
Everyone was so mean. I was cursed at and told to never come back. Son told me to end my own life and all the employees cheered him on. I ran out of the building crying with my pants around my ankles due to the fact my belt was stolen to be used as a weapon against me. I just wanted a wire transfer and I was so polite and patient. What did I do to deserve this. I still have marks from my belt that was used as a whip on my back.
No customer service on the phone or in person I have to open an credit account and they are no help. I am goingbto talk to the financial advisor and see why. I suggest you do the same and do everything in person.
