Stay away from bank of America! If I could have provided them with a negative zero I would have. Margarita was the banker that supposedly assistant me but was un useful. She provided me with statements from 2019 and neither statement stated that the account was closed. There should have been a closing statement. When I asked if she could write a letter on company head that stated the last four digits of the closed account number and for it to state that date of the account closure., she responded by saying she could not.
