Like a ton of people have mentioned, the wait times are awful. I needed one single page notarized. I was checked in by a woman, waited for an hour for a banker to help, eventually this same woman said she could just do it for me. It took her one minute. I watched her sit around then help people who came in after me with pushing folks to the atm and sit around some more. Awful lobby management and client experience. They need to revisit and align on the basics.
ATMs are sometimes not working properly especially when you need them. The bank overall is good 👍🏼
