I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK If it wasn’t for the fact I have pensions paid into this bank from another country, which are very difficult to change, I would not be with Bank of America. The bank is understaffed at peak times and are disorganized. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then reminded a staff member, she placed me in an empty office and told me someone would be along soon. Worst Bank of United States. They won’t help you at all. They denied to help a customer. Bad customer service. They make a mistake about a deposit and they won’t even try to help me find a solution. They just ignore me and do nothing Please make yourself. A favor. Move your account to another bank
I had a negative experience at this financial center. They refused to cash my Bank of America check, a decision I believe was discriminatory.
They refused to print out a blank check when they print them at that location. They were rude and didn’t want to do their jobs! These people don’t know how to treat people or how to run a bank.
