I had a negative experience at this financial center. They refused to cash my Bank of America check, a decision I believe was discriminatory.
They refused to print out a blank check when they print them at that location. They were rude and didn’t want to do their jobs! These people don’t know how to treat people or how to run a bank.
I have used BofA for years and they have always been very helpful with any problems that needed resolution. The manager at this location, Andrea was extremely helpful, it was a pleasure speaking with her, they are lucky to have her.
Don’t come to this location the wait time is ridiculous. Employees (Andrea) couldntcare less
