Awful branch. Unprofessional and rude to customers! Moving my bank as well.
I want to give a big thank you to Michael at Bank of America. This is the second time I’ve come in to get paperwork notarized, and he has always been available, kind, and professional. He makes the process quick and easy, and his friendly attitude makes a big difference. Truly excellent service!
This branch is the most pathetic branch I have visited. Went to get something notarized and they advised me they wouldn’t have someone for 2 hours that can notarize. How is it possible a bank only have one person that performs that service. Definitely thinking of moving my business and personal accounts
I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco.
