There are many times when Cristian came to my rescue. Other than being professional and courteous, he really goes the distance for customers. One time, he came out to help me make a deposit at the ATM at the front, another time, he walked me through how to make a wire transfer. That’s why this is my favorite BOA branch!Â
I wanted to share my experience with Jodi Stracci at Boynton Trails Bank of America. Jodi is very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Jodi is also very responsive and ready to help. Jodi helped us open accounts and apply for new credit cards for a new company we had just purchased. She is a true professional and excellent to deal with.
