I've been with Bank of America for 35 years, and I've never had a problem at this branch. I had criminal activity on my account, and had to have a representative call the fraud dept to unlock my funds. I was met by a courteous gentleman named Oswald, who directed me to Christian Chica. Christian spent 45 minutes on the phone for me, and I couldn't have been happier when I left-problem solved! Thank you!
On 3/12 I had a cd that had matured. On that date I closed the account and moved the funds to my checking account. I then had a substantial amount of funds withdrawn via a cashiers check. The same day I brought the cashiers check to another bank and deposited the funds into my savings account. The funds were put on hold and I received a letter and email stating that they will Not be available until 3/21! There is no reason why these funds should have been held from me. Bank of American should embarrassed letting certain individuals represent BofA.. Oswald at this location should not be interacting with customers. Gets very angry quickly and is not patient. I waited in line for a teller, the line was long and I waited patiently. When it was my turn, Oswald RAN over and demanded why it was taking me so long to complete my interaction with teller.
