This is the worst BofA branch I’ve ever been to. Been banking w/ BofA since 1998, never seen understaffed, utter disregard, and MIA Manager/assistant manager, down of the tellers. Im sure they’d close this if there was another branch nearby.
I have a vehicle loan with BoA and recently involved in auto accident, rear ended. My auto insurance sent repair check and I needed endorsement from BoA to deposit it. BoA insurance depart processed all the documents I need and they said I could go to any branch and get signature for the check. The manager of this branch seems doesn't know how it works and refused to do it. I went to different branch and they did it in 5 minutes. 🤷♂️
I opened the new checking account,there staff is very good way of approach,they open the account with in 30 minutes,there processing is very fast especially staffs Mrs maria, Jonny,& Ingrid jayashree
So many issues with this bank location, from the atms not working or them closing early. Just avoid it.
Unprofessional and time wasting. Literally wasted 30 mins either chatting with the customer right before me or resolving internal access issues, while the line grew out of the door.
