Waited 1 hour on phone to transfer money.I drove to the bank and back and was still on hold.After the hour they hung up.Worst Bank of America
Don t bother calling this bank. The recordings don t give you the info you need and won t connect you to a human. Tried calling to see if this bank was open the day after Hurricane Sandy but could not find out.
I really like the convenience of the bank being right by my house, but lets face it if you get harrassed every time you go in its not worth it. I talked to the bankmanager about this woman and the way she talks down to me,the looks I get when Im cashing several checks in the bank that employs her. I find her very unpleasant,my husband wants to change banks, I dont think we should have to. I wish Scott would talk to her for me but I quess thats not going to happen. thank you for listening.
it is always very crowded since they closed down the other bank of america on springfield ave. the customers that come here look really destitute and dont make any real transactions. heard a woman ask for a "dollar" from both accounts. i dont come here anymore. 1st and last time. dont come here... people will stare at you when you make a few hundred dollar deposits even tho im no where near rich. just an uncomfortable feeling. basically everyone in line is withdrawing really small amounts of cash they cant get from the atm. ... read more

I have had an account with B of A for over 5 years and I have more problems with this branch than any other Ive dealt with. Avoid this Branch Like the PLAGUE.
Yea, I agree BAnk of AMerica isnt very helpful or good to choose. I had a bank error as well. I never overdrafted or did anything on my account. Now at ther time I was 17 I beleive and my mothers name was on it so I can open the account. BUT THEY TOLD ME that she wouldnt be aloud to have access to my funds. WRONG I found out my mom was stealing my hard earned money and BANk of AMerica let it happen and failed to let me know what was going on. I hate liers. They even made me have to pay it back.... I went in to Bank of America Conway Main Street office today, August 2, 2011 around 11am and received no service. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby area and then left because no one waited on me. I saw two young employees visiting in one office. One of those young ladies walked by and said she would be right with me but then went behind the teller counter and helped a teller not servicing customers and never came back.
