Everything from hold times to bogus charges to horrible customer service to horrible management to horrible people in the organization
I’m on lunch break. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes which is why I decided to write this review for this particular bank. I’m 12 in line and only 2 tellers. This has happened before where I drove on the freeway to another branch and returned back to work while my friend was at this bank. I guess some things never change. I am a 15 years plus custumer in merchant today like every week I come here to bofa to bank and I found there is no more merchant window Im waiting in line for over 45 min. And still in the middle of the line. This is nonsense
The atm machine just swallow 6000 cash and there was no receipt，and I still not sure can I get the money back.
DISCRIMINATION AT BANK OF AMERICA Went in to Bank of America at 242 Towne Center Dr Compton, CA 90220 on 2/27/16 at 12 pm. Bank of America has been nothing but disrespectful. My modification process has been at best terrible! B of A doesn't care if you are disabled or if you fought for your country.
