This is a great location. Jay the manager was very helpful and greeted me once I walked in. I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Briana Gomez for going above and beyond with her customer service and helping me with my account. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed.

Seems like every center you can't call in to talk to an associate on site. Tried to arrange withdrawal of large amount so giving them heads up, but unable to Inside service is fine when you get there
I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME!
