Seems like every center you can't call in to talk to an associate on site. Tried to arrange withdrawal of large amount so giving them heads up, but unable to Inside service is fine when you get there

I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME! I made an appointment schedule for 2 pm in this location, and when I saw the bad review report on the Google Map 2.9* . it make me stressed But when I arrived, there was a welcome and take care of me before 2pm. That's a professional customer service Michael thank you so much

My mother-in-law passed away and as expected, it has been very difficult for my wife. While grieving, she has had to deal with her mom’s estate and so forth. She received a letter from Bank of America informing her that there was a safe deposit box under her deceased mother’s name at this location. Her mother’s friend also contacted her and gave her the key to the box. She filled out the paperwork that she could in Colorado, where we live, and everyone was very helpful.
