All the bankers at this So. Redondo Branch have been helpful and efficient. The only downside is the number of persons inline at different times, and with only 2 teller. Not a good thing. The So Torrance Branch 2442 was closed last year much to my disappointment. We needed that. Bank of America makes enough money to support convenience for there customers.

I wish I could give this bank a zero star rating. The employees here are completely incompetent and struggle with the basics of banking. Their customer service skills are below standard, don't waste your time with this branch

They don't answer the phone, so you can't contact them even if it's urgent.

Very bad service at this branch. I came in with cash to get cashier check and walked out without a cashiers check and no money on my account. They said even though i deposited cash because they messed up on their end, i have to wait until next business day to see it in my account.. Im not sure if its a scam or if they are making mistakes, but they for sure are sketchy people in there and have the worst customer service. I don’t usually right reviews but Alexander definitely deserved one! He was awesome with me opening my first bank account and made sure I had all the resources I needed! I left feeling confident and very aware. Would definitely recommend this bank!
