Very bad service at this branch. I came in with cash to get cashier check and walked out without a cashiers check and no money on my account. They said even though i deposited cash because they messed up on their end, i have to wait until next business day to see it in my account.. Im not sure if its a scam or if they are making mistakes, but they for sure are sketchy people in there and have the worst customer service. I don’t usually right reviews but Alexander definitely deserved one! He was awesome with me opening my first bank account and made sure I had all the resources I needed! I left feeling confident and very aware. Would definitely recommend this bank!Â
