Bank of America needs to shut this location down and open a small branch nearby. The building is too big and the staff is inefficient at handling customers. There is always a long wait to get serviced at the counter meanwhile there are lots of employees just wandering around looking lost. Banks like Chase and Kinecta have done this with great success. Time to get rid of this dinosaur location!
Don’t let the good location fool you. This branch is full of incompetent useless employees such as SHAMIM & the BRANCH MANAGER. I have been banking with Bank of America since 1990. I came into the bank on my lunch break hoping to make a usual and sometimes monthly transfer. I have an older card that doesn’t have a chip and SHAMIM already let me know this card doesn’t work without even trying. The card indeed works.
