They sent in my application for the wrong product, then lied about it when I went to the branch to complain. My banker faked a phone call to BofA corp, which I verified when I called them immediately upon exiting this branch. They verified for the that the product which was processed was not the one I requested. I also told them that she faked a phone call in front of me, and will be sending an email to coporate also. Terrible Service!!! I went into this office to apply for a loan. I was told that I needed to open a checking account, set up direct deposit, apply for a credit card and then wait 3 months to have an established account. I did this and then I was declined for the loan due to too many credit inquiries, too much revolving credit and length of time as a customer. I have great credit, no debt and dual income. Pleasant customer service, all the staff is great, my favorite branch
Overpriced and the work they do is sub par. The interior is filthy and a few of the pedicure chairs/baths do not work. Waited 45 minutes for service because they only had 2 employees working on a Saturday. The only reason I came here was because I had a gift card. After redeeming the gift card I will not be returning.
I would give it a zero if I could. Don't answer their phones. Voicemail if totally inadequate. Cancelling my accounts wit them - not worth the hassle.
I've been taking my son for 2 years now. My daughter is starting too. I don't mind the one hour drive fro Conroe Texas because of their good services ,and there clean environment. My kids love the staff. They are friendly ,and communicates with them (making my kids feel comfortable).I recommend Dr. Pearson to everyone that likes good services and a great staff.
