I went to deposit my check at the counter customer service Tlr 00001 she gave me a lack of customer service and did not try to help so your counter customer service is not very helpful so i will look for another bank for better people.

For super pages, it would be helpful if you had an option button or symbol to touch that would put the contact information in your phone. Sometimes I have gotten that but it isn't on the first page nor is it always easy to find usually I end up having to copy it by hand. I realize that's not the worst thing that I find that very convenient and I'm sure I'm not alone.

I opened an account with a good interest rate, then find out a few weeks later that they changed it to a poor rate. I went to the bank and had it corrected, then a few weeks later they dropped back to the poor rate. They always claimed it was done incorrectly by the person who set it up, but they continued to drop the rate, so I dropped them.

I went to the Meyerland branch on 2/25/15 at 12:16pm to put money in my accountants account.I was looking for the right form to fill out when a nice gentlemen who greeted me asked if I was making a deposit and I told him I was paying on an account. He told me to go to the teller window. When I gave the teller my check and the account #, she stated that she will fill the form out for me now but next time do it myself before I come to the window. I went to this branch to exchange foreign currency, and the US Bank staff was great while I waited my turn for the person who handles the exchanges. They greeted me right away, offered me coffee, tea, or water, and answered some other questions I had. Very nice, professional people! And having a place to exchange dollars for Euros without waiting two days is a great service.
