There is a reason that this branch has a low rating because its customer service is severely lacking. I had an appointment with Jesse Reyes, at least that is what my appointment said; I'm not sure if that is who I actually talked to. I had a couple of things I needed to do with my account, and she proceeded to talk to me like I was a child who didn't know what they were talking about and said that she would not be able to help me.
