There is a reason that this branch has a low rating because its customer service is severely lacking. I had an appointment with Jesse Reyes, at least that is what my appointment said; I'm not sure if that is who I actually talked to. I had a couple of things I needed to do with my account, and she proceeded to talk to me like I was a child who didn't know what they were talking about and said that she would not be able to help me. Worst bank of America ever. Line of 10 people and just one teller and 2 other bank of America employees just standing around talking to each other. Employees have an attitude like if its the customers fault that they work there. Manager completely lazy and just sitting at a desk on her phone.
