This branch, is the worse. The line is always long, they don't offer a business member line and always have 1 teller the first of the month. Thus branch alone Temps me to move to another bank
This place is horrible I don’t know how banks like this are still in business. They do everything not to help you. Anyways the line is so close to the teller window, if you’re looking to get robbed or rob someone this is perfect because the line is right there anyone in line can hear the person at the window breathing, absolutely no privacy with your account.
All kinds of random people hang out at their parking lot after hours and do illegal activities and TRESPASSING, and Bank of America Management at this location DOES NOT CARE. HIRE A SECURITY GUARD FOR AFTER HOURS!!! Edit: After 2 years of posting this things are the same. Homless people in their parking lot at all hours of the night. As I'm typing this, a random group of 10 people that pulled up in 3 cars are just hanging out drink beer and chilling in the middle of the parking lot..No security has been hired for AFTER HOURS... read more
