Love the attention and the friendliness of the employees
I just left this branch and had such a lovely experience. I don’t recall the financial manager’s name (was it Erica? Sorry!) but she helped me right away and was so kind. I never write reviews on here but after leaving I felt compelled to share.
The parking attendant at the gate is a rude and unprofessional person who does not even know how to read the 30-minute waiting signs written in the parking lots, please correct this situation from your branch, I reported this situation to the general service of your bank as an e-mail.
The manager needs to be retrained on company procedures and policies especially regarding international customers. She turned my clients away from opening an account after stubbornly arguing over her being wrong about what documents are necessary. Just so we could go to another Bank of America down the road to open an account no problem. I do not recommend coming here.
The guy at the parking lot was rude and aggressive when I said I need 3 minutes for my car , as I am a customer . Even if I am not checking in with the bank that time. Pretending to be a hero , hope the earth was saved . The name of the hero is - Ches Go
