Wish I could give zero stars. They opened 15 minutes late (they were “waiting for someone”), wouldn’t let me deposit cash into my sisters account, and even when I came back with a cashiers check, they put a 24 hour hold on the deposit. Local banking is so much better. Not a customer, and will absolutely never be one.
this is a bill appreciation post. i’m not here to review the bank itself but i frequent this location for my job and the occasional personal transaction and i usually end up with the same teller bill, and he’s always really nice and funny and just like the chillest and i just wanted to say that while i have my issues with bank of america itself i have zero issues with my guy bill. get my guy a big bowl of pasta forever he deserves it, dudes a legend fr
AWEFUL - cost me vendors. Their online wires portal is broken and I was told a branch could send it. All branches are "too busy" and won't take an appointment or walk-in. Caused me to be late on a payment and ruined a business relationship with a key supplier. AWEFUL.
The teller was very helpful with our transaction today and friendly!
