I had to get the line to get some cash because I didn't bring my debit card, it took me 45 minutes to be done. There was only 5 customers with 3 windows open. The staffs did something really slow I don't understand. Like on December 2025, I met Ms. Loan Nguyen to do credit card, she sent me to the home loan officer to do it, the HL officer asked me questions about buying a house made me embarrassed bc I never think about it.
