I had to get the line to get some cash because I didn't bring my debit card, it took me 45 minutes to be done. There was only 5 customers with 3 windows open. The staffs did something really slow I don't understand. Like on December 2025, I met Ms. Loan Nguyen to do credit card, she sent me to the home loan officer to do it, the HL officer asked me questions about buying a house made me embarrassed bc I never think about it. I have been to this Bank of America several times and received advice from Mr. Stefan Dat Truong regarding opening a savings account and certificates of deposit. He also helped me resolve some issues that arose afterward. He is very professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic.
I also feel the same as you. Stefan Ðat works very badly. There is no dedication or thoughtfulness for customers. In previous years, I also opened an account here. I met Mr. Kiet Nguyen, he is very good, works very dedicatedly and brings a lot of benefits to me. It's unfortunate that Mr. Kiet Nguyen no longer works there.
