One of the worst I ever been !
I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment at Bank of America to open a savings account for my daughter. I arrived on time, but around 1:12, someone came over to tell me that the person I was supposed to meet would be busy for another 20 to 30 minutes. They started asking me for my information right there in the lobby in front of other clients, and in the end, they couldn’t actually help me because my daughter needed to be present.
