Horrible customer service. These staff dont even care about their customers! They are not ready to do business and dont care if their company is at a loss. Very incompetent staff!
Zero Stars to put it simply
It's unbelievable how they give jobs to people who don't know how to do their jobs properly. The customer service is terrible; I asked the manager in charge of the office for the Targets card and it took her 40 minutes to give it to me. I would never, ever, ever return to this mediocre place.
