The experience I had at this branch last week was deplorable and left me feeling deeply hurt and concerned about the level of sensitivity and privacy afforded to customers. When I arrived to update my account following the loss of my husband, I was first met by an associate at the front desk who seemed unwilling to assist and promptly referred me to a banker. Is there anyone in charge of this place? They don't know how to talk to customers and how to help them, some of their employees give stupid questions and don't even want you to come back to this place. They don't trust the account owner and ask for stupid verifications. Please read carefully before coming, if you respect yourself, my advice is to go to the place near Aurora Fox valley mall, they know how to talk to customers and how to serve them well
