I came in recently with no appointment. I was having some technical issues that couldn’t be solved over the phone, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty much immediately I was directed to Thai-Catherine Matthews, and she was fantastic!!! The issues I was having with my card took a while to solve, and I’m sure I was cutting into Thai’s time, but she never wavered and seemed determined for me to leave a happy customer. I went there today and there was this great guy called John Fairbanks. I opened my checking account before a year ago with him and today he helped me with allot of things and both times he was very nice and helpful.

Went with expired card and asked them to order a replacement. The teller said he can't do it. I got to do itself by calling them. Used to be a good branch with things getting done. Seems like they are aiming for being useless.
