BoA isn't the bank for the privacy-concious. No VoIP numbers, can't ship to a PO box. They want your address, and they share it with Palantir. Also no temp debit cards. Im sure they have their reasons. But this is not the bank for me anymore 🥺
i have this card because there is no international transaction fee. i have never been happy with their 'service'. the latest fiasco is my daughter was trying to use her card with her name on it to buy a train ticket. the card has worked before. today it was requesting a code. luckily i was by my phone and able to provide her the number so the transaction would go through. i called b of a. they said there was nothing they could (or wanted) to do. add her number? noooo has to be primary card holder's number. eliminate the need... read more

I came in recently with no appointment. I was having some technical issues that couldn’t be solved over the phone, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty much immediately I was directed to Thai-Catherine Matthews, and she was fantastic!!! The issues I was having with my card took a while to solve, and I’m sure I was cutting into Thai’s time, but she never wavered and seemed determined for me to leave a happy customer.
