Very good thanks
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this Bank of America location. The employees are not efficient, frequently make mistakes, and don’t even offer an apology when issues occur. This level of service is one of the main reasons I have chosen not to open an account with your bank. Unfortunately, my company pays me with checks from Bank of America, which forces me to come here. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both accuracy and customer service.
