Whoever is in charge of the Maintenance/cleaning of this property is doing a very poor job. I would like to offer my services. I give this ATM a five because I’ve never had issues with the machine every time I come here I feel safe, no matter what time it is it’s there’s a lot of light security. It’s in the corner of Euclid and foothill. The machine always gives you a receipt and the ATM machines are not beat up or anything. Would like to give this bank a zero. Unfortunately have to give it a one star . Worst customer experience. The manager is a smirky jerk. They have bad reviews for a reason z
Worst experience ever with any bank I’ve ever dealt with. I had a check written to me from a BofA account and the bank rep claimed to not be able to find account. Hello, the account number is on the check. I’m so glad my own personal account is with the credit union. I would encourage EVERYONE to consider closing their BofA accounts and bank with a credit Union. Much better banking and quality customer service. Obviously, Bank of America is not known for their quality customer service.
