Completely unhelpful. Any time I try and speak to a teller with my questions they direct me to the automatic help line due to a lack of knowledge. Waste of time.

I had made an appointment to discuss opening a CD and get information about transferring a balance to a 0% APR credit card to save on interest. The young woman I spoke to was not at all knowledgeable about the products and gave me information that I knew immediately was incorrect. An amazing lack of training in customer service or in basic banking. After literally just 5 minutes I left and drove to the Northampton location, where I got really excellent, knowledgeable customer service and opened a CD. Yikes! This location is ... read more
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location lady was very rude wasn’t trying to help me and my wife very nasty as if she didn’t wanna be at work there location hours suck they just sit around the back stealing company time by talking to each other from what I saw as I was waiting for them to open at 10am very disappointed in the help here
