Staffs are friendly and easy to open new bank account
Closing at 4 on a Friday makes no sense. Went in at 3:45 to make a simple change to my account (that couldn’t be completed online) and was rudely told that all the bankers were with their last clients of the day and to make an appointment for the next day. Do better Bank of America.
Maybe I had a bad experience, but my time was wasted. Any place that holds money that makes it difficult to handle that money, simply isn’t a place to keep your money at
