If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to try and get old statements from a closed account of my mother’s. My mother recently passed away. The teller who “helped” me was not only indifferent, she was short, rude and provided no assistance other than to call customer service. I had the legal copy of my mom’s death certificate, my ID, proof of next of kin etc and she didn’t even bother to ask for them or even look at them. I would like to leave a review specifically for Mr. John Sadler. I Was out at the ATM and called into the branch to ask if something was wrong with the ATM as I couldn’t deposit cash and the drive-through is closed. Without question he walked out of the branch, took my identification, debit card, and cash, Went inside to deposit it for me, and was back with my receipt in under two minutes.
