My wife recently visited this location to get a document notarized and had a very negative experience. The notary, an Indian woman (unfortunately, we didn’t get her name), gave her a lot of unnecessary pushback and ultimately refused to provide the service. What’s concerning is that my wife has had no issues getting documents notarized here in the past—except this time, she wasn’t dressed in business attire. You might as well close this location. It is useless. I’m never going here again.
I called to get help with some info about my credit card after struggling to find the info I needed in the app or online for 2 days. When I spoke with the clerk they hung up on me after insisting that they could not help me. They would not pick up the phone when I called back several times. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had after being a customer for 10 years+. Do yourself a favor a switch to Chase Bank like I have done today.
Interesting lounge type office unlike the traditional bank setup. Proactive and friendly team, but a slower than usual response speed.
I don't know why previous rating is so bad. Staff there was professional and kind. I consulted with Ziyi Peng and I could process everything that I wanted. Normally I never write the comment on any of SNSs, sites but this time the staff I met deserve the compliment.
