Terrible customer service. My wife and I went to this location this morning. We advised the agent at the windown that I would like to add my wife as my beneficiary. The person at the window advised us to wait at the lobby for assistance from a Manager. Five minutes later, the bank teller (we assume) came to inquiry the reason of the visit. We told him the reason and he told us to wait there (the lobby) for assistance. FYI: There was no people waiting in line at the lobby for assistance during that time. Went in to cash a BANK OF AMERICA check that is from a company account for 4,380.95 and they refused to cash their own check, even if it was verified by the company and with my drivers license number and etc. They straight up did not want to cash it.
This is the WORST Bank of America location by FAR. TERRIBLE customer service. I am about to go pull every last dollar out of my account. You cant get anyone on the phone to help. Awful. Always a line, never anyone to help. I have called SIX TIMES to speak with a team member at this branch and no one answers. SO SO SO FRUSTRATING!
