Went in to cash a BANK OF AMERICA check that is from a company account for 4,380.95 and they refused to cash their own check, even if it was verified by the company and with my drivers license number and etc. They straight up did not want to cash it.
This is the WORST Bank of America location by FAR. TERRIBLE customer service. I am about to go pull every last dollar out of my account. You cant get anyone on the phone to help. Awful. Always a line, never anyone to help. I have called SIX TIMES to speak with a team member at this branch and no one answers. SO SO SO FRUSTRATING!
There are 2 ATM’s at this location that never accepts cash! It’s been more than a year like this…
