No drive thru open. ATM doesn’t accept the new bills from credit union so I had to go inside. One teller. Person in front of me doing some banking business that took forever so I waited about ten minutes. But teller was very nice.
After more than eight years as a Bank of America customer, with both personal and business accounts, I deeply regret my decision to continue banking with them. I experienced fraud involving a cashier’s check and have now been waiting three months for the funds to be reimbursed. Each time I contact the bank, I receive the same response: they are waiting to recover the money from the other financial institution. I do not understand why I should have to wait indefinitely for a bank with which I have no relationship or account.... read more
Terrrible service. I wanna advise that I don’t like how the manager treats not only the customers but the people who work with him.
