Had came here to get cash from a third party card was fine with the process although I asked to get a checkbook and the lady with Braids lied to me about the age requirement “25 and above”… when I researched and it’s 18 and up…I am way beyond those years and had my bank open with them for a few years with on time payments I am very offended by the judgment of my finance and age. Will not bank if the employees are lying and withholding the correct information as a customer who needed a check book.

I went to this place to notarize a document and I found a racist person who did not want to notarize the document for the simple fact that I do not speak perfect English even though I was with a bilingual person who was translating and we began to sign the document and then he told me that he was not going to notarize it because I had to speak perfect English and I do not think that is fair because I have been a client of B of A for many years.

I have to change my review because the staff at this branch has changed and they are now all very kind, helpful and professional! I love to come to here now. The only down side of this branch is the internet which is non existing even with their WiFi! 😊 maybe this will be the next upgrade!😊

If I could give 0 stars I would..1 it’s way too much!! Unfriendly , awful costumer service especially the “so called” managers! not to talk about the dismissal attitude when asking to have a better internet inside the back to be able to open accounts or login to set up the mobile banking. One only guy is worth going there: Paolo! Shame on all those others! They should be let go!
