Bank closes at 4pm. No problem. Having only one attendant/teller working? That's a problem. Got up to having a line of six. The employee was very friendly at least! But come on y'all. Let's get some staff working to better service customers. Especially when other employees can see a long line forming due to one customer taking a long time with the teller ... I am extremely frustrated with Bank of America’s lack of follow‑through after multiple attempts to resolve an issue your team agreed to handle. I have been trying to close a fixed‑term CD and transfer the funds to my savings account. I visited the Blackhawk branch in Houston, Texas during the grace period to complete this.
