3 tellers working, only one is waiting on customers. The second and third teller sat at their computer facing the customers and spoke about who was ordering lunch, where they were getting it from, etc. I was behind another customer who was doing a VERY large transaction (his teller did a great job! She was attentive and thorough) and by the time I was waited on the bank was full and unable to help any other guest- they reached capacity! Why is this branch still closed months later?
Not bad
I had to make a large deposit and move some money around and arrived at the branch less than 5 minutes before they were supposed to close. The bank manager opened the door for me and said they would be happy to help even though there was a line. The teller was prompt and professional and got everything done quickly. She did not seem irritated that she had stayed a half hour past when they were supposed to leave. Everyone seemed courteous and I very much appreciated them going the extra mile.
Worst Bank and service ! Never enough tellers , long wait, no drive thru service, closes too early; just go to TD Bank for great personable service !!! My rating would be less if there was a half star......Only Bank rated lower is Santander Bank! Service there was horrible.. Finally called corporate to report customer service there,and especially one particular teller.!!!
