Kimberly Jones, one of the bankers went above and beyond, flipped the world upside down to find me a solution. Bank of America has completely failed me as a customer. I filed two connected fraud claims against All My Sons Moving and Storage after they scammed us and even forged my signature. Despite having provided clear proof, Bank of America made the illogical decision to approve one claim but deny the other.
