I went in to Bank of America Conway Main Street office today, August 2, 2011 around 11am and received no service. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby area and then left because no one waited on me. I saw two young employees visiting in one office. One of those young ladies walked by and said she would be right with me but then went behind the teller counter and helped a teller not servicing customers and never came back. Bank of America is the best place to bank. I know from experience. I started a bank account there when I was in the tenth grade, I got my step dad to be a co-signer. Well, I have been fully satisfied with the services offered. Every time I go to one of the Tellers its always fast and simple, not alot of hassle either. Im a student and I got to cash my financial aid check without having to put it in my account and waiting for a three day hold to withdraw my money.
