Do not bank at this bank. They only have one teller and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go in except to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be helped. I don’t understand why only one teller but at least make sure it’s a speedy teller.
Branch 1137 at 2599 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720. Has an older woman teller that refuses to deposit and cash any of the checks that I bring in. Causing me to go to another branch whether it be Orange City or North Deland or anywhere else for that matter. Where I never have an issue with service. I have had to do this 3 times in the past. I'm fed up with that branch and teller.
Manager and teller were friendly, accommodating, and able to help me clear an awkward financial situation quickly and easily.
