They dont know how to Notarize documents. Made an appointment and didnt get a simple online notary application completed. What a joke. Dont advertise being a notary public if you cant perform the service. Think this needs to be reported to attorney general.
Amazing customer service at this branch. They understood my needs. Solved my request in a timely and professional manner. This is my preferred branch from now on.
Terrible to try and accomplish anything with BOA. I left their bank many years ago, and am forced to deal with them due to a death in the family, as they had accounts with BOA. Trying to even get through to a person is nearly impossible. The local Banking Center does not answer the phone, the 800 number does not have any prompts for "my situation" so will not allow me to advance past the "Auto system" ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC attempting to resolve anything with this bank. I have no understanding of how this company can even exist... read more
