Hire more tellers, Greedy Mega Corp. I should have stuck with a smaller bank. I spent 30 minutes in line for a 30-second transaction—unacceptable for the second-largest bank in America. You had one teller managing the entire holiday rush alone. Show some compassion for your staff. Maybe share a portion of those multimillion-dollar paychecks and bonuses to improve customer service and working conditions.
