Management here really is lacking. Doors open at 9 but nobody is prepared to work and help customers. Much more important to get their coffee.
There is never more than one teller working at this location, even during peak times. I never spend less than 40 minutes waiting in line to make a simple deposit. Please hire sufficient staff to meet demand.

Been banking at this location for over 30yrs back when it was Barnett and then Nations and now BoA. They are the WORST with customer service I have e ever seen. 3 people working, 1 other client with a specialist. Teller cant help and pawns you off. Manager won't help, pawns you off. Everyone pawns you off on to the 1 person to take care of account management. And they wonder why I'm moving my money from them. They make simple tasks impossible to get done in a timely manner. Waste of time and resources there.
