I’ve been a Bank of America customer since 2008, and this recent experience was disappointing due to a lack of consistency and clarity. On February 7, I came in to have an Affidavit of Non-Compliance notarized for a resident who failed a stipulation. There were no issues at all, and the document was notarized without hesitation. I came in to open a account and no one came to see me after sitting for a while. The line was so long. Bad customer service
Management here really is lacking. Doors open at 9 but nobody is prepared to work and help customers. Much more important to get their coffee.
There is never more than one teller working at this location, even during peak times. I never spend less than 40 minutes waiting in line to make a simple deposit. Please hire sufficient staff to meet demand.
