Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in to the bank this morning to close an account. I was a joint account owner on an account with my Dad and my Brother. They both passed away in March and I wanted to close the account. Neither of the associates I spoke with were even remotely helpful. I had a disappointing experience at this location, on this very day while seeking notary services. The woman who greets customer’s at the front desk as well as another behind the counter completely ignored me. The woman at the front desk continuing on a personal conversation about a trip to Mexico, the entire time I was in the bank. I waited 15-20 minutes before a man finally appeared from the back and asked what I needed, only to tell me the notary was unavailable. Open on Saturdays like the rest of them.
This Bank of America location is the best one I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We were closing on our house and our puppy ate our cashiers check down payment the night before our closing (worst night ever). The manager, Bethany, spent all day the day of our closing to make sure we were able to get another check and close on our house the same day. My wife and I are forever grateful for them.
