Terrible experience. Especially if you wanna open a business account they have no idea.
This is the worst Bank of America I've ever been to I don't know why I do business with them they were so incompetent and awful to me and made me wait days just to make an appointment for my CD they don't answer the phone and it's like they want to screw me out of my CD maturity time limit by postponing the appointment I've worked at Banks this is wrong. No one can do anything ever if you just walk in the bank even if the manager's on staff doesn't make any sense The Establishment was empty and they still couldn't help me
Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in to the bank this morning to close an account. I was a joint account owner on an account with my Dad and my Brother. They both passed away in March and I wanted to close the account. Neither of the associates I spoke with were even remotely helpful. I had a disappointing experience at this location, on this very day while seeking notary services. The woman who greets customer’s at the front desk as well as another behind the counter completely ignored me. The woman at the front desk continuing on a personal conversation about a trip to Mexico, the entire time I was in the bank. I waited 15-20 minutes before a man finally appeared from the back and asked what I needed, only to tell me the notary was unavailable.
