Been banking with them for long time. Good customer service in person. Couldn't say that when over the phone.
They will take money from you!!! They sold 100 dollars 2 times! They will tell you they can’t check the cámaras call the cops!!! I’m cooling the cops right now this is not the first time it happens read the reviews, when you are trying to deposit money they will slide money and they will steal 100 dollar bills.
Rude and slow
Dai’ron McDowell at this branch is phenomenal. He’s extremely knowledgeable, informative, and actually teaches you and helps you with your banking needs. He has helped me with my business account and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had him be the one to set this up for me as he answered all my questions and more. Goes above and beyond and has an upbeat personality making an experience that can be stressful super easy going. Thankyou so much!
